- Removes dirt build-up, moss and algae
- Helps pavers resist stains (from grills and automobiles for example)
- Makes some stains easy to remove
- May enhance the color of the pavers
- Can help bind the sand in the paver joints and make it difficult for weeds to germinate
Sealers are available in a variety of “sheens” including an invisible look that offers the protection without altering the appearance of the pavers.

Note: Sealers should not be applied within the first year of paver installation to allow for the completion of efflorescence.
